rookie saying hey

#1 Post by Shemoves »

well kinda, I'm a regular on NASIOC but I may become a regular here too :D . I am thinking of getting a 360, and was wondering how maintenance is on these. Are they difficult to keep up and running? Any 'odd'/irregular maintenance stuff needed on these? Correct me if I am wrong, but these use a 2 cylinder 4-stroke motor. What type of oil is used? Sorry for all the questions...I am gonna go poke around the newb/faq section.

2-cyl, 2-stroke, 360 cc, oil injection, very reliable with a minimum of preventive maintenance. 5 moving parts in the engine!

Try one, you'll like it!

Do they just use standard motor oil?

Use any 2-stroke oil rated TCW-3, I buy mine by the case, usually 3 cases at a time, from an oil distributor.
