Hello, My name is Drew. I live in Lafayette Indiana. Just last week i was going thru craigslist and spotted this little one in need of help. So i worked a deal with the previous owner so i could get her home and give her the respect and love she deserves. Previous owner started taking her apart. So i will have to do some research to get her back together and driving. Looks like most parts are there. Missing bumpers and back seat tho. There is another one sitting at a car lot here in town, but is rusted up to the door handles. But maybe some parts i could use. I need to sell my 62 Rambler to free up some room, then i will be hitting it on the Sambar. Glad i can be part of the group.
Welcome to the club. You will find many people in this club that will be willing to give you great advice and to share their spare parts as well. You will find the price you pay for parts here is much better than you can get anywhere else and the advise will be sound with many, many years of research to back it up. I wish you lived closer, I'm in Sumner, WA and am looking for a van. The one at the car dealer down the street from you is a bit far however.

Drew, welcome to the club! I may be parting out a complete pickup; watch this site for notification as I will post here if I do (or maybe I will make a Tiki Truck out of it. We'll see.)
Drew - welcome to The Club! We bought a van just like yours in Feb. 1975 and
still drive it every day. The BOOK OF REPRINTS will tell you how to fix and
maintain it so it never lets you down.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I will be going over the book of reprints several times.
Love the Rambler! Here's a pic of mine. As you can see its been slightly modified. I installed a 88 Camaro FI V6 with a 5speed. Cruises down the hiway great.
