Re: WHERE IS EVERYONE????
Still here! Despite having moved cross country and doing it again in a few months. I’ve got parts in 3 different states now…ugh

Re: My Subie finally arrived in Atlanta - after 2 years
Happy New Year to all! Looking forward to working on the green sedan this year. In my quest here in Atlanta for parts and local 360 owners I actually did find and pick up a sedan and a bunch of parts so I can work on my project idea! Very happy about but now I have to find space for it.😮 The really ...

Ian, I definitely can’t compete with ya on that!
As a nod to you though I had a really nice meat pie and a Lamington today! My son started college here and there’s a pretty decent Australian cafe and bakery.

My Subie finally arrived in Atlanta - after 2 years
Hi everyone! Well, after moving from SoCal to Atlanta 2 years ago and a ridiculous line of unexpected events I was finally able to move the green sedan from LA to Atlanta and it arrived this morning! It’s now comfortably nestled in the garage next to the 75 VW Bay window project. The sad news is all...

Re: Just picked up my second Subie... a 1970 truck
Thanks! I think I was leaning toward the same decision. I'm getting some pretty good flat rates for powder coating and such so I may pull the tires and get the rims done while I'm having the sedan parts done. The sedan is coming along great We've finished multiple layers of primer and finish sanding...

Just picked up my second Subie... a 1970 truck
Just picked up this truck this morning. It's been sitting in the sand for 14 years. It's pretty complete, but I'm not sure if it's salvageable. There's some pretty nasty rust through in the bed on the driver's side. For a CA car it's pretty rough from being so close to the ocean. I'm in need of an e...

Re: New 360 fanatic in SoCal
I'm interested, but my budget right now is really tight with my current projects. I'm in Santa Clarita, CA. Can I give you a call about the van?
Thanks!
BJ

Re: New 360 fanatic in SoCal
Yes it was the Craigslist blue truck. It'll be a bit more of a challenge because of the metalwork that will need to be done on the back end. If anyone knows any good (and affordable) metal shops or individuals in LA I'd appreciate the info. I'll have some pics after I pick it up this week. I'm think...

New 360 fanatic in SoCal
A quick hello to everyone. I'm a new member and long time VW Bug fan who was introduced to the Subaru 360 about 6 months ago and am now totally hooked. I picked up a 70 Deluxe about four months ago off ebay. It was being sold as a parts car but was actually super solid so I decided to attempt to res...
