Loading photos from phone

How does one load pics to here from your I phone???? Using desktop????

I have an Android, but I'm guessing the principle is the same - connect data cable (generally same as charging cable) to computer and download selected photos to computer (that's what I do because I want to store them), then load them from computer as usual. Otherwise, I'm also guessing that you could load them directly from your phone to this forum site via a photo sharing platform website (I use cubeupload), but some techy guru could advise better than I!

I loaded them on my computer, but can't move them here........Whats one do???

Android phone should look something like my screenshot. Click attachments tab and the add file button. Hopefully the rest is obvious.
