Search isn't working correctly

It's really hard to search for things using the "search" box. Most of the time I get zero results (for example type "Justy") when I know there are probably dozens of threads with that keyword in them. I'm not sure why it doesn't work and I don't know how to do a Google search of this forum so most of the great information is seemingly wasted.

Maybe in your spare time you could organize them & recreate the search engine! 8)

I just did a search with justy as the keyword and received 40+ hits?

I can see from the history that someone searched for something with the keyword CRUSH just a half an hour ago..

That's odd that you're having trouble..
Anyone else having difficulty?

Yes that was me as well. I'm trying to find out what thickness I'll need for the Justy crush washers. "Crush" netted me 2 results, none of them about washers.

I've used the "search" function only a few times; the results have always been unsatisfactory.

For Justy cyls just use 2 normal copper brake line washers
on one side of the banjo and one on the other. When it
starts to feel tight, wiggle the end of the line and if it
wiggles that means the banjo bolt is bottoming, so
use 2 washers on EACH side of the banjo/

That's odd, I just did a forum search for

justy

and got 142 hits.

I did a google search of the site for the same thing:
(paste this into google)

Code: Select all

justy site:subaru360club.org/forums
and only got 3 hits, as google only "sees" the forums viewable by the public.

But why a search did not work for you is beyond me. Try again - make sure you're using the correct box.
