1969 subaru 360 T

#1 Post by DustinDavisUSMC »

I was looking for a van (as I see many of the truck guys were). I do not fit in this thing, but am continuing my build anyway. I have read a bit and have come to the realization that there will be a little fabrication involved with building this little guy. My name is Dustin. 1969 360 T
I do have a question for you experts out there, is there another VIN location, other than the drivers door?
I looked at the manuals on the link that was sent to me, I was curious if there is a more comprehensive manual available. Like a Subaru shop manual? I remove this statement from record. The link provided in the forum has a great manual .... the link that was sent to me was to a different website.
Feel free to quiz me.

I loaded a few pics. The one that was sideways I posted again down below as the editor would not let me remove images.... Or I'm not that savy

Dustin There is a # plate under the seat on the drivers side, also the # is stamped on the frame in the top in passenger front wheel opening. It is sometimes had to find.

Pull the R/F wheel and examine the frame carefully. The number is printed on top of the frame.

I just tried to answer but something went wrong.

The VIN will be K153L + 4 digits.

You can download all the manuals free, see section
of this message board labeled PUBLICATIONS.

I have a CD with all the manuals + sales brochure
etc., $10. including postage - or if you are looking
for printed manuals I have one reprint of the truck/van
PARTS MANUAL - $14. + postage.

Please E-MAIL me if you want any of these.
