Site Suggestion for Ed or anyone else who has sight problems

#1 Post by wv360 »

It has occured to me, since Ed is founder of the club and a 360 guru, and has sight problems, that it would be nice if the only two options for text would be large and huge. Is this possible? This way he can read all posts and not have to strain or have to magnify small text.

If you are having a hard time reading/viewing any site - anywhere- on the WWW

hold down the CTRL button (command button for mac users) and push the + button at the same time

Each time you push the "+" button, the size of your font will increase.

To reset to original settings hold down CTRL + "0"

There is no need to change the default settings of the font size.

If you need to increase the font, simply adjust your monitor.

I was having trouble getting the website on Google Chrome, so I downloaded Mozilla Firefox and use it only for the Website. I tried the Ctrl + thing and each time I did it the font got larger. I got it big enough on my computer that I can read the website now without a magnifying glass. It makes the line a little longer than the page is wide, but that is much easier to adapt to than having to use a magnifying glass.

And now that I have it set, it always comes on larger enough to read.

Thanks!
