Ha! I still have them, and havn't filled the holes yet..... but, I think I'll be doing that this winter.

Hi Worked in a Norton shop in the late 50s , nice bike, a 500?? Oops didn't see the 750 BSA looks like A Golden Flash/Golden Rocket ?? I'm pre unicase so the other BSA doesn't click. I'm also went through the rubber buggy bumpers, not that they are that bad, just weighted a ton

The Norton is a '71 Commando 750. It has a aftermarket tank and seat on it. Its a fun bike. Handles really well (for an old bike) The preunit BSA is a '57 A7, I sold it, but it was a nice bike. The unit BSA is a '68 Lightning with a hardtailed frame. Blew it up once on the way to Sturgis, blew a connecting rod going around 70 mph.

I haven't ridden any of them much in the last 4 yrs. Funny coincidence, because I have a 4 yr old kid too

My first 1/2 miler was a 1941 Indian 45 ci Bonneville Scout cheater at 57 ci. 80 ci Chief flywheels. But at my 90 lbs it was to heavy, I replace it with a Goldstar, & later added a Triumph TR 5 R so depending on what track we were at I would test both bikes. Now as the weather is getting colder my old bones remind me of how much fun I had :wink :

Mine is 12 and ironically I have a P51 mustang with one wing panel built that I started when she was -1. Aaaaa someday she'll be gone and I'll wonder where the time went.

Picked up an ElectraVan. I'll still be on the lookout for a 360 van, but I think we'll have fun with this. I'll get more pics up once it warms up here a little, and I can take it out and play.

These EV's seem to be popping up now !

Mike Radtke in Phoenix has had one of these for many
years, had it at one of our SW meets. His contact info
is in the Roster. Jeff Lane also has one in LANE MOTOR
MUSEUM in Nashville. Tucson Electric Power owned one
in the 1980s.
