Hello all,
Just joined, and awaiting arrival of my 1969 project 360. As you'll see from the photos, there is a quite a bit to do. This will be a resto-mod project, but I do intend to keep it pretty stock on the outside. It was sitting in a garage for many years, and only has 16k miles on it!
Looking forward to reading up on the forums here and asking MANY questions I am sure.

Welcome! your new car looks pretty complete. We have alot of fun with these toys. The BOR is your new best friend. We can help you get it on the road, but, please read up on the specific uniqueness' of these cars first. they are not like any other car out there. Hopefully you'll be running on two cylinders very soon!

Hi there,
Welcome, and congratulations! Your car looks like a good basis for a nice restoration, or at least a bunch of fun.
This is definately the place to be to get advice as you go through your car. As you have probably already seen, it's real easy to read through everything that's been discussed here over the last several years - a lot of information. Also, the BOR is considered the "bible" as it contains all the tech info printed in 30+ years of club newsletters. You can search the pdf version with keywords; works great.
Do you have all the manuals? If not go to my site, http://www.mysubaru360.com, and follow the link to the manuals page. Download them all from there.

Re: new member from SoCal
thanks!
I did order the BOR with my membership, looks like an invaluable resource.
Steven I found your site a while back and got the manuals. They are a pretty fun read all by themselves.
Seems like you couldn't get one around here for less than $5000 or so, so I took my time waiting for a little better deal.

Well west coast cars generally have fared better over the years, so that's a plus. Regarding price, of course more money up front SHOULD equate to less time and effort spent later (but hopefully that's the "other" fun part).

Re: new member from SoCal
thanks, now I'm super anxious for the car to get here!
I have a shop in Canoga Park, and a club that is for subcompacts, but it's been all modern cars up until now. We do have Open House and meets, so I'll make sure I post up here for the next one.
a group of micro Subies would SLAY everyone!

David - just got back after 30 days on the road, including the World Meet in Crystal Lake. Welcome to The Club! Among the 174 e-mails I answered today, there was one from almost a month ago from Brian with your address for me to send the printed BOR. Then a couple of weeks later he said he could make one for you if I was away. So I have one here I can send in tomorrow's mail if you still need it. If you have my e-mail, please e-mail me - if not I will look below this post for your reply.
