Maybe you could incorporate some very small roller bearings like used in Remote control car wheels with 4 screws in the ends of the hoops. Welcome, I think the two will go well together since the 360 is powered by a snowmobile engine originally. I have often thought the comet clutch would greatly reduce the drag on the motor compared to the transmission, I always get stuck on how to back it up with no reverse.
