Re: Subie newbie Young 360
Nice looking young. I happen to have one too. Body looks really good and unmolested. Nice find. Drop your oil pump before you go any farther. If it is turning easily by hand take the top off and make sure the worm gear has good teeth. Little John was covered with dirt and the oil line was cut and pa...

Welcome, Glad you didn't cut it up. I've been thinking of an engine cover and front hood and fenders would be great to have fiberglass replacements and of coarse the roof panel would be nice too. I know of a guy who is trying to sell an engine says it runs? Never know what that means. There are also...

Rut, Any chance you have any pull with rubber manufactures? Goodyear comes to mind. We could really use some re-manufactured window rubber.

Welcome to the club. Re: New member
I have the windshield rubber that accepts the stainless trim. There is a guy on ebay selling the roof rubber for 130 and the required locking strip for another 20 I believe. He says this same rubber can be used on the windshield. NO WAY. He is also selling the rubber to go across the back window. So...

The last time I talked to a fellow in Huntington WV He had a van for sale for I think 3500. He had dissassembled it and had it painted. He didn't like the color so the project stopped there. He said it was all there just in pcs. I've never seen it but I could get you his contact info if it's not too...

Re: New member here from SF Bay Area!
Welcome!
Nice looking GTR, wish my sti shined like that, then again if I ever quit driving it I'd have time to clean it up.
You won't get quite the throttle response from the van but you might get the same amount of attention and you'll be going slow enough to notice.

Welcome, It looks fairly promising, At least the outer panels left look fairly solid. And a good windshield. I am thinking of doing that to a chassis I bought to fix another 360. I think it looks fairly good as a convertible. Good luck and If I can help just let me know.

Love R C model Airplanes. Do you need the oil pump shaft that is in the clutch housing or the one with the spiral teeth to turn the plunger shaft of the oil pump? I may have a starter, I have a bucket full of generators.
