Yeah.. I'm not really sure what he's talking about there. He seems to be a bit delusional. Perhaps from the heat..

Re: Greetings from Upstate NY

I love how everything other than the 5 boroughs is referred to as "Upstate".. It should be called "NY" and let the boroughs identify themselves independently. I get it if you are talking about Warwick, or Port Jervis.. even Hastings.. but if you are further than 80 miles from the city you shouldn't ...

if i remember correctly he slid the bows manually in the rubber channel. that was a good solution but i cant imagne it was either easy to do in a rush nor durable enough for frequent usage. The best bet would be to beg a member with factory bows and hinges to help document some dimentional details. ...

A little intermittent downtime for me today.. I checked the server logs.. nothing notable.

It might have been something local to the actual server.
Sometimes people unplug wires and move things around with blatant disregard,

I know this because sometimes I do it too.

I think we've got a solution in place now.
For the price you can't expect great support.

We have a pretty decent uptime and other than losing posts we haven't had any trouble.

Now with the auto backup running if they drop our db we can just restore it ourselves.

Since the actual site itself doesn't change much there are only 2 master site backups, which at the current rate of update should pretty much suffice for the foreseeable future.
